BB's Story...
BB was a little shy of her first photo shot but nonetheless we are sure she will be a top star once she gets the hang of it. BB and her sisters are darling pups, just 8 weeks old and hoping to find their forever families. Mom was a lovely fine boned Collie mix. Dad was a mid sized Australian Shepherd mix. These pups will be 50 – 60 lbs as an adult. With their breeding they will be intelligent and easy to train and will make wonderful family pets.

If you would like to meet BB to see if she would be a good fit for your family, please visit our website at http://uglymutts.com and submit an application for consideration.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BB, a Hamilton Australian Shepherd/Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Collie for sale in Hamilton, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Collie puppy from a breeder in Hamilton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hamilton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hamilton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Collie breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hamilton paves the way for another one to be saved.
