Will-I-Am's Story...
Will-I-Am is a tall, lovely fawn Great Dane male, approximately 2-1/2 years old. He suffered an injury to his stifle (knee) as a young dog and has a permanent limp and enlarged joint. He is absolutely 100% mobile, can get up and down with no problems at all. He goes for short walks 2 or 3 times a week and loves the activity. This boy is attached to his person and wants to be the center of attention. He loves everyone, but is NOT a good car traveler. He gets nervous and agitated. There is no aggression, but a definite fear of new busy places. He likes to wiggle his entire body, so look out if you are standing next to him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Will-I-Am, a San Fernando Valley Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in San Fernando Valley, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in San Fernando Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Fernando Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Fernando Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Fernando Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
