Laila "Silver Lab"'s Story...
Laila is a silver lab which is very rare. She is the brother to Lake and they are both about 12 weeks old and just a happy, playful, typical puppy. We do not have a facility of which the dog/puppies are kept. All of the dogs/puppies are in foster care until they are adopted. .We must have an approved adoption application prior to you and your family meeting any dog/puppy. Please email the rescue for an adoption application and get the process started. Thank you for considering a homeless puppy/dog!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Laila "Silver Lab", a Litchfield Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Litchfield, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Litchfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Litchfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Litchfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Litchfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
