Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Yup, that’s me, Hamilton. Or as my foster family likes to call me, Hammy or Hambone. I’m a very handsome guy. I’m not tooting my own horn, that’s what I keep getting told. I’m laid back and easy-going, I love walks and car rides, and at home I like my stuffed toys and sleeping in a beagle pile with my beagle brothers and sisters. I’m really a sociable kind of guy, so I hope I’ll always have some doggy siblings. I’m usually quiet, but I do like to howl at the mail carrier. I have a very deep voice. I think I’d be a baritone in a beagle choir. I should also let you know that I’m healed of the heartworm disease I had when I went to my foster home, and my leg works just fine after FHO surgery. I sometimes favor my back right leg, but it doesn’t slow me down in any way. I’ll have to stay on monthly heartworm preventative the rest of my life.
