As a kitten, I made my way to a salvage yard.I quickly warmed up to and regularly entertained the staff & customers. Unfortunately, no one could take me home. They had me spayed and vaccinated & wanted to keep me as an office cat. Since they could not, I came to Cat Haven so they could help me find my furrever home.

About Our Shelter...
Cat Haven Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It was established in 1999 to rescue and place cats and kittens in loving homes. In just a few years, we have rescued and found homes for almost 5,000 cats. We make it possible for area residents to find the perfect cat or kitten by hosting adoption events every Saturday in the Baton Rouge area. All cats adopted through Cat Haven have been spayed or neutered, tested for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus, and have received age-appropriate vaccinations

Located at 11130 N. Harrell's Ferry Rd Baton Rouge LA Hours for adoption: 12-6 Monday-Saturday.
PetSmart SIegen: 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 10-4.
PetSmart Airline: 2nd and 4th Saturdays from 10-4.
We also have adoptable cats daily at PetSmart Airline and Siegen.
