Frasier is such a cutie. He has very unusual brown eyes. He is very smart and very loving. Frasier is crate trained. I believe he is a Rat Terrier mix. But, actually has all the personality of a purebred Rat Terrier. I put that he does not get along with cats, but never really gave him the opportunity to meet my cats. My guess is that he probably would do well with cats ~ but just in case(?) He would make someone a very nice pet.
