The Good Samaritan who admitted Miss Meringue rescued her from her owner who was attempting to dispose of her in the dumpster after being evicted from her apartment. We are all so grateful that this trusting, petite slip of a cat was spared such inhumane treatment.
Miss Meringue is a healthy, young girl who is charming her way into everyone’s heart she meets. Like most young cats she is active and loves to play, a laser pointer is her current favorite toy. When she’s not busy exploring and playing, she is content to cuddle in laps. She is still adjusting to life at Tree House so has not had sufficient opportunity to mingle with the other cats, but shows a lot of interest in making friends.
