Sweet little Anna was found in Bushwick, Brooklyn and for the life of her she doesn't understand why she ended up on the street. She did everything she was supposed to, purred, likes petting, kept mice away and adored her human. She doesn't know what happened, but being left outside wasn't good for her as she ended up with fiv. She doesn't know she has it and thankfully it doesn't affect cats the way it affects humans (not communicable to humans or dogs and very very hard to even give other cats once they are spayed/neutered). Kept inside and fed healthy food this girl can live to be 20 years old. Anna knows she feels good and healthy and is joyful to be inside but really wants a forever home. She is a very good cat, currently, she waits at the door to greet her foster whenever she comes home and she loves to be played with. She is a great companion and loves to be around people. She will never hide or shy away from you or your friends, she is very social and loves to be the center of attention!!!! Anna is lovely and she wants to show it! She is quite diligent about her grooming and is always ready for her close up!! She sleeps at the foot of the bed and is so tender when she uses her little paw to wake up her foster when it is time for breakfast or cuddling. After breakfast she sits in the sunny windowsill and stretches out, it is so cute! Anna is just waiting for a forever guardian. Maybe you?
Anna is awesome, and would make anybody's home happy, below are some videos of her
Anna is 1 1/2 years old, microchipped, felv neg/fiv pos, spayed, and up-to-date on all of her shots.

The vet thinks Anna is 1 1/2 years old, and she has been spayed. Anna tested neg for FeLV but positive for FIV. Don't worry! This is just an immune deficiency, and Anna can live a long and happy life as long as she's in a loving home and is fed good food and given lots of love. FIV can't be transferred to dogs or humans, and rarely to other cats. To read more about FIV, check out this website: http://www.bestfriends.org/theanimals/petcare/cats_fiv.cfm.
Anna is microchipped and up-to-date on all of her shots.
