My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We do not have a physical location, we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.

WALLY is an adorable Labrador mix. He is around 15 weeks (as of February 12). He was found by a good Samaritan on the side of the highway by one of our southern rescue partners. Wally is very sweet and a typical puppy, he loves to run and play.

Wally's foster mom says, "Wally is a black lab/terrier mix pup with puppy energy, but overall he's a mild & a quiet pup. He's teething so I make sure he has plenty of chew toys and switch them out so he doesn't get bored with them. He also loves to snuggle, have his belly rubbed and go for car rides. He is currently being trained to sit, down, off, come, go pee on command & to jingle the bells on the door knob when he needs to go outside. Wally sleeps through the night in his crate and doesn't mind it at all. He's doing great with his housetraining.

He eats well in the same area as my other dogs. He enjoys playing with my big dogs or other dogs he encounters. He's not sure about my cats, so he leaves them alone. If they approach him, he usually walks away from them.

Wally is well behaved, smart & overall a well rounded, happy, loving, well adjusted, strong pup. He's shows no signs of being aggressive, nervous or timid. "
