Riley's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Riley's Story...
Riley is a happy and exuberant 1year old aussie/catahoula mix. She is always ready for a game of rope toy, a good run in the yard, or - her favorite thing - a good neck scratching.

She is very smart and would excel in obedience class or agility training. She can run like the wind.

Riley's perfect home would be with a family who enjoys outdoor activities that Riley could participate in. She so loves to have a good time.
If you think you might be the right home for Riley, email agreene618@gmail.com for an application. This is the first step in the adoption process. Riley's adoption fee is $150.00, which helps cover her vet expenses.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Riley, a Mount Ida Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Mount Ida, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Mount Ida.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Ida already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Ida breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Ida paves the way for another one to be saved.
