Nala, 9 year old Female, True calico pattern, A little chubby now, but a small build for a cat. Medium length hair. Very shy, likes to hide. She takes awhile to warm up to people. She was severely abused as a kitten. A quiet environment with loving patient parents would be best for her, or a home where she had a place to hide & call her own. The only time she has ever not used a litter box, is if there is a stack of laundry available. We switched to lidded hampers & the problem ended. She came from a Home Depot when my wife worked there. She was in a worker's engine compartment and was burned from the heat of driving to the store. When my wife was made aware of her, she had been in a box for 3 days and just fed PB & J. Her whiskers were burnt off with minor burns all over. Her tail was missing, but the wound was healed, so we don't know when that actually happened. She was maybe a 1-2 months old when she came home. The family can not keep any longer due to personal circumstances. Picture coming soon!
