Bertha's Story...
Bertha is one of eight dogs that were rescued from a cruelty case by Orlando Bully Rescue. She was confiscated from a breeder/kennel that was neglecting all of their animals.

We really enjoy Bertha's personality, she is very outgoing and friendly! Bertha is 2 years old; she is an Ol' English x American Bulldog mix. This girl is great with dogs, kids, and cats! Bertha was pulled on 2/2/2012 and she is now safe and looking for a family to call her own, Could it possibly be with you??

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bertha, a Orlando English Bulldog/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog/American Bulldog for sale in Orlando, or seeking a English Bulldog/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog/American Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
