Here is his sad little story:

His human mom went into the hospital for routine surgery and never came home. Her daughter, understandably distraught, had to empty her mom's apartment, and find homes for Simon and two other DSH cats. Having no luck, she heard about me, and after hearing her crying and begging me on the phone, I agreed to take the three cats. Ironically, I placed the other two, who were 5 and 7, but still have Simon.

He LOVES people, including small kids. When small children come over, if they will sit still, he gets up in their laps. He's playful, super affectionate, and will make someone a terrific pet.

I am fine with reducing or even waiving his adoption fee if we can get him a home of his own. He has no bad habits that I have observed, and is just one exceptional guy.
