Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zylo is a 5 month old Brown Tabby Persian Mix. His mother was a purebred Persian.
"Hey over here!!! My name is Zylo. I’m the brown, mitted tabby boy and the pretty red girl is my sister, Ziva. Our Mom is a purebred CFA registered Persian. No, really she is a tabby Persian named Friendly and you can see her on the adopted page on row 50 at (www.purebredsplus.org). I am told we popped out soon after our Mom came to rescue. We are living it up in our foster home and we romp around the house playing our day away. It’s fun here with our foster brothers and sisters, but it would be even better if we could get a home of our very own where we get ALL the people attention. Foster Mom says that we are little bundles of energy and she can’t keep us out of anything. I say “WHATEVER, we are only young once and we are having a blast!”. In addition to playing, we have a lot to say. I like to tell foster Mom about my day when she gets home from work, and I make sure she knows when it is wet food time!
Ziva and I are best friends as well as brother and sister. We play chase, wrestle, sleep together and groom each other. The only way we will even consider leaving our foster Mom, is if we can go together. So, if you are looking for two high energy, crazy, loving, beautiful, kitties to adopt, then we are the kids for you."
Zylo and Ziva were born in their foster home shortly after their mother was surrendered to rescue along with about 20 other Persians by a CFA registered breeder that was retiring. It seems the mother was purchased from the breeder and quickly returned for “fighting” with the male cats in the house. It appears they weren’t exactly fighting. You can see more pictures of the kittens and their Momma when clicking on the photo link. It looks like Zylo’s dad may have been a Maine Coon, although his mother also had beautiful tabby markings as well. Zylo is a little more independent than his sister, but he still wants his people love when he is not busy playing. Both kittens are VERY rambunctious. They would do best in a home with no young children due their antics. They MUST be adopted together. They are being fostered in Sacramento.
