Peanut's Story...
I am so relieved! You see, I was impounded with my mom, at the city shelter with my 7 brothers and sisters. My mom was beautiful! She had a great temperament- calm, low-key, and loved to hang out. She was so well behaved that she got adopted. Now it's just my one sister and I. How our my got pregnant...we we were sworn to secrecy. Anyway, we are learning the ropes from our foster mom now and will surely follow in our moms footsteps. We pass time by playing and wrestling with one another. We wait for my foster mom to open the gate and then make a mad dash for her pant legs and shoelaces. Then we simply pass out and have a good nap. Doesn't that sound like the life? We are both very healthy and will make great companions for someone. We are hoping to be just as beautiful as our mother!! If you are looking for a sweet lovable puppy that's me! why not give me a try. I will be available for adoption on 22 February.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peanut, a San Antonio Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
