I am already neutered, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.
Jack's Story...
Jack has been at our shelter for about 8 years. He is listed as "special needs" because he has not had a lot of interaction with people until recently (he also only has one eye). Over the past year I have had consistent contact with Jack and he has really come around.
He likes being pet. Just start slowly from his good eye side so he can see your hand coming. When I’m petting more than one cat, Jack will rub up against me letting me know he wants more. I can even pick him up briefly. If he is adopted he will need a patient person to help him get comfortable with his new surroundings and his new humans.
