Serena's Info...

I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Serena's Story...
Serena was just rescued from the shelter and needs a great home! She is among 150+ dogs who were taken from a home due to neglect. Serena is a sweet happy girl who seems to love everyone! She is about 1yr old and around 10lbs. She is super duper sweet and loving and we can't wait to find her the home she deserves...one that is prepared to spoil her rotten! Serena loves to run and play...and gets along well with all the dogs she meets. She has a good amount of spunk and will jump straight into your lap! She is a tad bit shy in new situations, but warms up quickly and in a few days is romping around like a pup! She is fostering with several dogs and cats and is doing great!

Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group.

Adoption fees range from $150-$250 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us.

We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Serena, a Sacramento Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
