Huey is the cutest and most handsome little boy ever. He is about 4 months old has a beautiful shiny black coat and appears to be a purebred lab puppy. Huey has that sparkle found in a young boy’s eyes – full of love, fun and adventure. Yes, this boy also found himself in a high kill shelter after being picked up when found wandering the streets alone and no one came looking for him. Huey is great with children and loves his foster canine siblings. He loves to romp and play like all puppies his age do and he can get just a little too excited at times and needs to be reminded to settle down. Huey just needs someone to teach him basic puppy manners. After playtime, he crash for a nap and cuddles with his people. Huey’s favorite things are going on walks, playing ball, having his belly rubbed and of course those yummy good boy treats and chew bones. Bet he would love a romp on the beach and a swim in the water. Huey seems to catch on very quickly as he is a smart boy and would be a great candidate for puppy classes and probably be the star of the class. He is just a complete baby - he loves to give kisses and snuggles and wants to play and be buddies with everyone he meets. Huey would do well in any family situation and is looking for a family to shower him with love and attention.
Huey is neutered, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and micro-chipped. He is also on flea/ tick preventative and heartworm preventative and is crate trained. If you think that you would be that special family for Huey, please indicate him in the notes section of our online application.
