Luke's Story...
Meet Luke! He is a very sweet, 4 1/2 week old puppy. His mother is a Yellow Lab mix and we are not sure about the father as we never saw him. This litter of puppies and their mother were rescued when found living abandoned in a barn. This baby is precious and would be a perfect addition to any family. Before adoption, he will receive 2 rounds of puppy shots and receive a health exam to ensure that he is negative for all parasites. If interested, email Monica at psiloveyouar@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luke, a Cranford Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Cranford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Cranford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cranford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cranford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cranford paves the way for another one to be saved.
