My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Update 04/22/12: Hi! Everyone Angel checking in with an update. I've had my dental & spay. I had to have the rest of my teeth removed. I'm resting & enjoying my new life. I was one of the lucky ones who was rescued & not just dumped or killed. When my foster mom first picked me up I was matted with filth & poop. You couldn't see my eyes & my teeth were barely hanging by a thread. She took one look at me and cried because I was so neglected. She gave me a hug & kiss & took me home and gave me a bath & some good food. My feet were raw & bloody & I walked with a limp because they were so sore. She gave me a warm blanket & soft bed of my own. I was so used to sleeping setting up in my cage that for the first few days I would sleep setting up next to my bed. I'm loving my new life & am looking for love in a home that has at least one person who is home all day. My foster dad is retired so we stay home all day with him & help in the yard or listen to him play the guitar. I also have to have eye drops every day since my eyes are very dry from being neglected .I'm loving my sister Suzie she plays with me. I sound like a squeaky toy when I get excited or bark. Well got to go now & play with Suzie & Romeo!!

Update 03/11/12: Hi!! Everyone Angel Flower here!! I went last week & they did my dental & they removed the rest of my teeth. It doesn't stop me from eating. My foster mom softens my kibble & puts a little canned food or some Chicken & rice & veggies on top!! I love to eat. I like soft teats too!! Now that I found out what they are. My feet have healed up & I don't limp anymore. I love my foster brothers & sisters too & they let me play with them & they try not to be to rough on me since I'm so little. I love to snuggle & be held. It's so much nicer here than in that awful puppy mill. Now that I've retired I plan on taking it easy. After all my new shirt says Princess on it & that's what I want to be someone's Princess!! I will go for a checkup in about 10 days & see if I can be spayed. That's my pretty foster sister Shelby in the picture with me. She's looking for love Too!!

UPDATE 02/21/12: Miss Angel went to Happy Hounds today for grooming. She is such a beautiful sweet girl. I forgot to mention that the limp Angel Flower had was caused by raw footpads. Probably from being in a wire cage. So the good news is there is no problem with her leg & the foot pads should heal up now that she has a life of leisure.

Update 02/20/12: Angel Flower had her vet visit. The vet was pretty appalled by her condition He said she had just been used as a baby machine with no regard to her care.He used a local anesthetic to remove 3 teeth that were barely hanging. He said that would make her feel better until her dental & that at that time she will probably lose the rest. It doesn't stop her from eating. She eats softened dry kibble with a little canned on top. She will also be spayed after she finishes her antibiotics. For all that this tiny 5.3lb girl has been through she is very sweet & loving. When you pick her up she just melts in your arms. It's almost as if her dreams have come true and someone is loving her.She will be going for grooming tomorrow & we will update her picture. She is the most beautiful silver color with blonde highlights.

Initial Bio 02/17/12: Were home & I gave her a bath & trimmed some hair from her face. She has horrible teeth one is just hanging there. She has a bit of a limp & holds up her right back leg a lot. She is a beautiful sweet girl & loves to be held. She is a beautiful silver color. I will let you know what the vet says tomorrow. She also has an appointment with the groomer on Tuesday.
