Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Eloise is an eight-year-old cat whose symmetrical black and white coloration imparts an elegance that is belied when she gets over-stimulated, like when she sees a broom and tries to eat the bristles! Most of the time though, she will curl up in the sun or on a available lap and enjoy having her head petted.
Eloise doesn't have to live at the Plaza -- she'll be very content to just come live with you!
The Humane Society of New York was founded in 1904 to protect the city's working horses. Today, its clinic and Vladimir Horowitz/Wanda Toscanini Horowitz Adoption Center looks after the health and emotional well-being of every adoption animal.
HSNY is a non-kill shelter. Every animal is micro-chipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, and they offer FREE vet care for the first 3 weeks after adoption. TO APPLY, please visit http://humanesocietyny.org/adoptions/ --download the application, then email completed form to sandra.hsny@verizon.net, fax it to (212) 752-2803, or bring it in person to the adoption center.
Our one and only location is: 306 East 59th Street (between 1st & 2nd Avenues) in Manhattan. Our adoption hours are 10:30AM - 4:00PM, 7 days a week. If you'd like to sponsor this pet, please email sandra.hsny@verizon.net. Your donation is tax deductible, and 100% will go towards animal programs.
