Sweet, but still shy Wanda needs a special person who can give her the extra attention she needs to help her "come out of her shell". She's so quiet and unassuming, you'll hardly know she's around. But hold her (she's only a few lbs.), let her sit with you or on your lap and just be there for her, and you'll have a wonderful little dog who is devoted to you. She needs time and TLC to overcome her timidness. You will reap the rewards of your love and patience with a sweetie of a dog, and she'll get the life she's been waiting for. She needs a gentle, kind person with a very warm home (she hates the cold, wants nothing to do with it!) and also a home without larger dogs or young children- but cats are fine.
