My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack is one amazing boy! He was found as a stray and taken into a city shelter, spend days with a broken leg and yet all he wanted was affection and to give kisses! We pulled Jack on Saturday 2/26 and brought him directly to the vet. His left rear femur was totally broken and had been that way for a while. The vet did surgery and pinned and graphed the bones together. Through all of this Jack was just happy for some kind word and gentle petting. He's such a love. This boy passed all of his evaluations with a broken leg, so we vcan't wait to see what he's like once totally healed! Jack is about 7 mos old, good with other dogs and children. He is such a love and was at some point in a home, judging by the fact that he was altered and his personality is sooo loving.
We desperately need donations for his mediacl bills. This was a $2000 surgery. Please if you can donate go to: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=8WHVQLQQUM2S2 Every little bit helps!
If interested in adopting this sweet boy please contact Kris at kobemnstr@hotmail.com. Thanks! PS better pix coming soon(o;
UPDATE! the pins afre out and replaced with plates--another $1500 surgery, and Jack is now out of the hospital (a $475 stay for an infection in his leg). Donations are welcome and greatly appreciated to help with all of these costs! Jack is all comfy in his foster home now, awaiting his furever home.... He is slowly using the leg a little more each day. It has been broken for so long it's like learning to walk all over again for him. Jack is an amazing pup, good with other dogs, kids and even seems to be good with cats!! He is about 8 mos old now. Please give him a chance he has been through so much in his short life.
