Pepper's Story...
My name is Pepper & I came to All About Paws from a puppy mill. I had to go to the doctor before I came to them & they pulled 30+ teeth. That's why my tongue hangs out. I haven't gotten the hang of no teeth yet. I'm only five, so that should not have had to happen, but that's what happens when you don't get good medical attention. I am a very sweet boy, but am a bit reserved right now. My foster mom lets me sit in her lap & I think that is really swell - I never sat in a lap before. She also let me sleep with her. I didn't want to be put in a cage again - after all, that is where I have spent my entire life. I may look a little funny with my tongue out, but I have a lot to offer. Pepper is up to date on all shots, microchiped, had a dental and neutered. Pepper’s adoption fee is $200.00. WE DOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pepper, a Bridgeton Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Bridgeton, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Bridgeton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bridgeton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bridgeton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bridgeton paves the way for another one to be saved.
