My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cricket! She is a Fiest mix, approximately 2 years old, already spayed, and up to date on all vaccines. She is current on Heartgard and Vectra. Cricket likes to play but is not hyperactive. She enjoys her toys and does pretty good on the leash. She sits, gives paw, and rolls over for her favorite treats and is very gentle when she takes them. She is accepting of new humans and new dogs but is very protective of her food and treats. She is good with cats and kids but older kids would be better for her. She likes to snuggle up on the couch or in your bed. She will go in the crate but does not enjoy it for too long. She is housebroken. Cricket was found starving in a Petco Parking lot in TN and also we believe mistreated physically at some point. An experienced dog owner who understands the effects of neglect and abuse would be the best fit for Cricket. She is a very loving dog and has made excellent strides in her behavior over the past year. Once you earn her trust, she will your loyal companion for life.

***All of our dogs are located in TN, unless otherwise stated in their bio above. We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. We have a handful of foster homes up North, but the vast majority of dogs reside in TN. Our adoption fee is $450 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, and transport up to the Northeast.***
