Farrah's Story...
Farrah is female pup from Charley's litter. She has a soft fluffy coat & a bobbed tail. She is a sweet pup. Charley, the mom, is also on Adopt a Pet.
Charley's pups are almost 7 weeks old. (Feb 27, 2012) They are completely paper trained and handled daily by me and my neighbors children. They are very active, fun and loving. They will probably weigh around 20 lbs when full grown however we have no idea who their daddy was!
Farrah is microchipped, spayed & up to date on her shots & vaccines. Please complete an online application at www.rescueahart.org if you'd like to meet the pups. Thanks! www.rescueahart.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Farrah, a Cincinnati Fox Terrier (Smooth)/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Fox Terrier (Smooth)/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Fox Terrier (Smooth)/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Fox Terrier (Smooth)/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Fox Terrier (Smooth)/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
