Lily's Story...
Lilly , also a purebred schnauzer. - Lilly is about 4 years old. Very light silver/white schnauzer. Also was in terrible shape coatwise and had to be shaved off due to matts, even her beard! She is very pretty and sweet and will be beautiful when her coat comes back in. She does not like to have her feet shaved at the groomers but is fine otherwise Please, you MUST click the following link BEFORE emailing for further information. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lily, a Staunton Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
