Encore's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Encore's Story...
Encore is a 3 year old retriever mix. He has lots of energy and is very very sweet. He is very playful, acts like a puppy still and loves other dogs. He is good with kids and cats as well. He is fun and curious, loves rides in the car and does not beg. He's a very good-natured, happy guy!

Encore has been examined by a vet, neutered, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines. He has also been fecal tested (and dewormed if needed) and heartworm tested. An adoption application is required via email prior to meeting any Hope 4 Paws dog in its foster home. In most cases, breeds stated in the posting are merely our best educated guess as we do not know the history of many dogs that come into the rescue.

The adoption application is available at www.hope4paws.com.
The application can be emailed to Nicole at NSwick@Gmail.com
The adoption fee for Encore of $275 covers all vetting.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Encore, a Plainfield Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
