Teddy's Story...
If you are looking for a cat who is as equally sweet and loving as he is handsome, then Teddy is the one for you! This 2 year old boy, rescued from living in/out of a gutter drain, quickly made it obviousl that he wanted someone to care for him again. Now he has proven himself to be fully deserving of just that!

Teddy always welcomes human attention and is non-confrontational with other cats and dogs who are of the same easy-going nature. Teddy is ready for a loving home where he can be your faithful, playful companion and appreciated for the wonderful cat he truly is. A lover, not a fighter, Teddy is smart, non-destructive, loyal to his litterbox and loves his window and his toys. Teddy is a healthy guy ready for his permanent home.

Teddy has been neutered, is up to date on his vaccinations, has been dewormed, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and has been microchipped. Adoption application and fee do apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Teddy, a Charlotte Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
