Tina's Story...
I’m a little doll named Tina… Believe me, I’m even cuter in person, even these beautiful pics don’t do me justice! I’m a timid lil love who is feeling a bit unsure right now… This shelter business is intimidating! But that’s Ok, I know a savior will come and sweep me away. I just need a very gentle and patient person willing to give me the time and TLC needed to come out of my shell. I do really well with other pets, but let me get one thing out of the way- I just don’t want to live with young children. The running and playing and quick movements are more than fragile lil Tina can handle. What do ya think, do you have the patience in your heart to care for a lonesome tiny angel named Tina? 7 months old-8lbs. My adoption fee is $200 and includes; microchip, spay, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, reduced cost training class, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tina, a Portland Papillon/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon/Chihuahua for sale in Portland, or seeking a Papillon/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon/Chihuahua breeders who help with Papillon/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
