Oscar the Grouch was dumped at the city shelter in a garbage can, and lost his foster home of one year a few months ago. Devastated by this double whammy, Oscar was unresponsive to human comfort. What a great boy he has become! Oscar loves pats, lap time and making friends. Oscar is front declawed. He was born around 2/6/06.
