Hope's Story...
"Hope" is a young American Staffordshire Terrier who is currently up for adoption right now at our shelter. She is a GREAT dog who is simply looking for a good home. She has lived in a home before with her prior owners but they had some personal issues and could not find someone they knew to take her, therefore brought her to us at the shelter. "Hope" is a real nice girl and would love, love, love to come home with you. Please call our adoption coordinator Dannie right away and let him know you saw her online and would like more information on her!

Act quickly to adopt Hope. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hope, a Louisburg American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Louisburg, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Louisburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Louisburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Louisburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Louisburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
