Carly's Story...
Carly was languishing in a local kill shelter and was facing the needle the next day. She is so sweet & friendly that we had to get her out of there to keep her safe. And its a good thing because Carly is a very good girl. She is about 2 years old and weighs about 40 pounds. She had a pretty deep gash on her back and I shudder to think how she got that wound. She likes to initiate play with the other foster dogs and she plays hard. She is adorable with her round Boxer-like head and her stunning jet black coat. She seems to be housebroken and is now crate trained. Carly is going to the doctor next week to be completely vetted and she will be microchipped. Come to our Saturday adoption days at Pet Valu in Garwood to meet this pretty gal or submit an online application and we will arrange a home visit.
We keep our website current so if you see a pet listed here you can be pretty certain it is still available. Send in an application located here and we will be in touch.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carly, a Linden American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer for sale in Linden, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer dog from a breeder in Linden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Linden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Linden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Linden paves the way for another one to be saved.
