for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Mitzi's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with kids.

Mitzi's Story...
Mitzi aka Itzi Bitzi is a pretty big spayed 1.5 years old Am Staff Mix Lady with a beautiful head.

We found her on a friday at the dump station and brought her to animal control because of her microchip, she was ready to put down after a few days and we brought her into our foster program.

Mitzi is a very relaxed dog.
She is very nice with small and big ppl, she LOVES to cuddle and she thinks all dogs are lap-dogs...

She loves toys but she is not very playful and i think a neutered male dog or a home without other dogs woud be great for her.
She is a very big girl but so calm and i think she is also a good beginner dog

Itzi-Bitzi is house, kennel and leash trained and she deserves finally a FOREVER HOME.

spayed, current on shots, with microchip.
Adoption fee: FREE

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mitzi, a Alamogordo American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Alamogordo, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Alamogordo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alamogordo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alamogordo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alamogordo paves the way for another one to be saved.
