My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I love Lucy . . . and you will, too, if you like gentle, soulful and intelligent puppies. Lucy was found as one of two puppies born to a stray dog in Arkansas and brought to a high-kill shelter where it doesn't matter how cute you are: there's only so much time. Lucy is a little overwhelmed at the shelter, perhaps because she understands. When with the volunteers, though, she lights up, wags her tail, and soaks up as much love as she can stand! We're not sure of Lucy's mix but we guess she's between 4 months old and only weighs about 14 pounds so we guess she'll be on the smaller side of medium when fully grown.
