Ruff Ruff! My name is Soto

Soto's Story...
Adoption Donation: $250. I am 5 years old. Want to meet a very sweet dog? Soto was with a family for some time, but his family had to move and they couldn’t take Soto. He now sits in his run and wonders what is going on with his life. He is a little scared and shy and needs someone he can trust. Soto is not a very outgoing dog who will lick and chase after you; some of the times he likes to keep to himself but will always know where you are, making sure everything is fine. However, he is very faithful and will show you he loves you a lot. He is very well trained; he knows his name and come to you when you call. He known all the commands, how to sit, lie down, give his paw, how to stay, understands leave it. Almost anything you might want in a dog. Just one super little guy! However, he is stressed at the shelter and is shy. He needs a family he knows he can trust and give him the loves he deserves. He is good on a leash and is potty trained and loves tennis balls. It might take some time for him to re-adapt to a family, but in the long run you will have one great dog. So why not stop over and meet this guy, you will not be disappointed. All family members and any other pets from the household need to be present at the time of the adoption. We do not have a history on most of the animals up for adoption since we rescue them from Animal Control and they are usually labeled as strays. We can only tell you their behavior since they have been with us. We do not know the specific breeds of each dog or the exact ages. Once again, because they are rescued we have to guess as to what they MAY be a mix of and what age they appear to be.
