J.J.'s Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

J.J.'s Story...
J.J. is an adult spayed female purebred bullmastiff. She is very well mannered in the house and walks well on a leash. She is ok with male dogs her own size, but she is bossy and will put them in their place if they bother her. She is not good with small animals of any kind. JJ wants her OWN person she can bond with and who will give her the special home she deserves. She was rescued from a situation where she was very neglected but is doing really well. She will become possessive of her owner, and needs someone experienced with guard breeds as she needs to be under control at all times when out of her house. JJ is very sweet, loves her stuffed toys and chew toys. She would make a great companion for a single person, or family with older children. She likes kids but with her possessive nature, older children would be best. if you are interested in giving JJ her forever home, contact Dawn at 602-677-8034 and please submit an application on

Why Adoption is a Great Option

J.J., a Phoenix Bullmastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bullmastiff for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Bullmastiff dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bullmastiff breeders who help with Bullmastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
