Buddy's Story...
Meet Buddy!

Buddy is a 7 month old Lab/Husky mix. He has lots of energy and lots of spunk. As he is still puppyish in his behaviors he'll need a family willing to spend time with training Buddy and taking him for daily walk/runs. He is is a beautiful, rambunctious, slightly longer haired pup that does great with people and kids but can play a little to rough for smaller dogs.

For more information about Buddy or to meet him please e-mail in a completed Adoption Questionnaire to Jenna.adpr@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Wasilla Labrador Retriever/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Husky for sale in Wasilla, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Husky dog from a breeder in Wasilla.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wasilla already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wasilla breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Husky breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wasilla paves the way for another one to be saved.
