My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Bacio (that means kiss in Italian) and I was born in March of 2011. As you can see from my pictures I am one handsome guy, if I say so myself. I am a Dachshund mix and I weigh 14 pounds, sounds big but it is all muscle. Don't mean to brag, but I regularly hike Iron Mountain and Mount Woodson and I even got to see Potato Chip Rock. Not sure what the big deal is, but I can check it off my bucket list! I love to go for walks and run and play with other dogs big and small. Even my 3 pound foster sister loves to wrestle with me because I know how to be gentle. I also enjoy getting bopped on the head by my feline foster sisters and brother. When you want to relax I will lay quitely next to you while you read or watch TV. When it's time for bed I love to snuggle under the covers with my foster parents. But don't worry I am crate trained and house trained so I will happily sleep in my crate if that is what you prefer. My only preference is that I am in a home without small children.
