Steele's Story...
Steele is a wonderful male kitty who is a little over 2 years old. Steele is one of 14 cats that Helping Paws took from a bad hoarding situation; a person had around 90 cats. While the cats received reasonable care the person was completely overwhelmed and finally asked for help. Helping Paws was one of the groups that stepped in to help. The Helping Paws cats from this situation have all been quite sweet but many of them spent so much time in cages that they never really learned to be cats and they are now blossoming as they discover open spaces, toys, treats, etc.Steele is a very active cat who is very playful and loves people. As he is discovering the wide world of the Helping Paws shelter he is into everything and is very nosy about his surroundings and anything or anyone new that is around.
