Johnny is a tiny little guy that would love to find someone looking for a companion to share their days. He is a very loving little dog that enjoys cuddling and being loved on. He does seem to have a definite preference to woman. He is fine with children and enjoys playing and the occasional walk around the neighbourhood to check out the scene. He is just over a year old and weighs just 10 lbs.

Johnny is a sweet little dog that is very loving once he gets to know you. He does seem to prefer females to males. He is a real companion dog who gets most of his exercise from jumping up and down off the furniture. He does like to get out into the backyard however and use up his puppy energy running around and checking everything out. He likes to be wherever you are and loves to nap with you or cuddle on the couch. He likes to get under the covers and is very funny when he is burying himself in amongst a pile of blankets. He loves giving kisses and it is another one of his favourite games. He is just a little lover.
He is not shy when new people come over. He will bark for a few seconds but once he realizes they are friends he is very likely to turn up the charm and entertain. Johnny seems to like the company of other dogs as much as the human kind. He is interested in making friends when he has the opportunity. He is very comfortable when left alone. He is not in a crate at any time during the day or night. He sits on the back of the couch where he can easily see his kingdom and watch guard. When hearing a loud noise Johnny will flinch. This is short lived and followed by an investigation of the area. His favorite thing to do is cuddle up and give kisses to whoever will give him a wink or whistle. He can be very energetic if you are playing with him but if you just want lay down and have a nap he will be right next to you. A very easy going guy I must say. For the most part he is quiet as a mouse unless there is an annoucement to be made. He has a good appetite but does not gorge. He only eats when he is hungry. There is food out for him at all times. He is a repectable diner. Johnny's coat is so shinny now, it appears that he is wearing a tuxedo ready for the prom.
Johnny will sit for a treat and he is learning to lay down. He rarely carries anything is his mouth since it is so small. Johnny has only been in the car once since we brought him home and he was a bit nervous. I believe once more confident of his permanent home, he will travel very well. He does like to go out for walks and sniff everything his little nose will reach. He needs to learn to stay on one side or the other but he does not pull at all. Johnny is well behaved and politeness seems to come quite easily for him. He has never tried to bolt or to escape. He is very content to be inside and chill out.
My kids liken Johnny to Dobby the house elf from Harry Potter. You could be the only person in the country to have a Harry Potter character live at your home. Johnny is very loveable and a sweet pup that just wants to be loved. He is very likely to greet his forever family with a wagging tail and lots of kisses on a daily basis. What a great little guy!
