Greta's Story...
Greta is part of a litter that we acquired in Compton. We got mom and 3 girls after the "owners" (stretch of the word) sold all of the boys and did not want to care for the rest of the pups and the mom. Wonderful people. But looking on the bright side, they did not go to the shelter thanks to us taking them! One pup immediately was adopted by a friend of the rescue. Greta, Hazel & their mom Darling are all available. Pups appear to be about 9-10 weeks old, healthy, had their first set of shots this past Monday and are eating on their own.

We did not meet dad but we are told he is an American Bulldog, all white. Mom is very polite, great with other animals and just wants to be with people.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Greta, a Los Angeles American Pit Bull Terrier/American Bulldog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Bulldog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Bulldog puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/American Bulldog breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
