My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Laila and 6 siblings were saved from a high-kill shelter in east Tennessee when just 6 wks of age. They were not with their mother, so we can only guess their breed mix. They are "boxery looking" and have that personality, but we have no idea what the 2nd mix is. We are estimating they will top out at about 35-40 pounds. These pups are now 10 wks. old. They have had 2 puppy shots, bordatella vac and have been wormed several times. They have been fed high quality puppy food mixed with sweet potatoes!

The spay will be left to the adopter and should be done when they reach 6 mo. of age - or whenever your vet suggests. Proof of spay must be provided to our rescue to stay in good standing with our Animal Control facility. Laila will be transported to the NE via Alpha Dog Transport upon adoption. They charge $125 for their services. They will also hand off all vet records at that time.

Pups this age cannot be left alone for over 3hrs. at a time. This requirement aids in housebreaking and bonding with your dog.

We reserve the right to not adopt to families with children under the age of 8 and apartment renters.
