Bear's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Bear's Story...
Bear is a BEAUTIFUL dog - his coat is dark red and quite striking. Bear came to HART after he had been hit by a car and left by the individual that hit him. He's feeling good now though. Bear is active and ready to go and do something with someone. He had a fractured pelvis and it seems to be healed very well.

Bear really looks like an athlete and would love to go on jogs, to the dog park or just hanging in the back yard with his family. He is 18 months old and about 50lbs. You can adopt this fella and show him what being a part of a loving family is all about. He is a wonderful, deserving, dog. Please come meet this loving fella.

All HART dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines, including bordatella and rabies. They are heartworm tested and on preventative for heartworm, fleas, and ticks. If you are interested in any of our pets, you must complete an online dog adoption application at www.rescueAhart.org . The application will put you in touch with this wonderful dog's foster family so you can schedule a meeting. Thanks! www.rescueAhart.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bear, a Cincinnati Vizsla/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Vizsla/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Vizsla/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Vizsla/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Vizsla/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
