Gus – Now, how could you not just love this face? Gus is an extremely awesome black lab mix who is about 2 years old, is medium sized at about 60 lbs. and who found himself on tough times in a terrible high kill shelter. He is your all around good boy who loves people, other dogs and everyone he meets. Gus is in a wonderful foster home now with a family to care for him. He has children to play with, two canine foster siblings to romp with and several of those feline things hanging around. He is on the timid side and his foster family is working on building his trust and confidence and Gus is doing very well. He is a very lovable guy and loves laying that big sweet face in your lap and getting lots of ear scratches and good boy praise. Just imagine those big brown eyes looking up at you and just warming your heart. Gus has a great time running in the yard with his canine buddies chasing after the ‘Wubba’ and just having fun. He is your low to medium energy guy. Gus would love nothing more than to have a wonderful family to call his very own. He would be a great companion for any family, as he has been well socialized with men, women and children. Gus would make a great hiking and walking companion and I am sure he would love to just hang out in the yard and help with the gardening. As long as he is by your side, he is happy
Gus is neutered, up to date on all vaccines including rabies, heartworm negative and micro-chipped. He is also on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative.
