My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gee is a pure-bred white German Shepherd - Long Coat. He's a magnificent dog with a very strong presence. His majestic stride makes him appear to glide along - usually chasing balls. He loves to play in the hose and get himself soaked. Water is definitely his friend!

Gee is approximately 5 years old - he was picked up as a stray and thoroughly enjoys being part of his foster family. He has been neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, and is heartworm negative. He's in overall GRRReat health.

His personality is one that will require a strong and experienced handler. Gee is a very strong-willed dog who needs someone who can assume a lead position and give him consistency, structure, and continued training. He has great potential with the right handler. Gee does well with large dogs of similar energy level and seems quite disinterested, but he does not share his toys well. He should not be with small children or small pets. Gee needs daily exercise such as long walks or running and is a very smart dog. He's eager to learn and easily taught, but is by nature a care-taker and needs a constructive and positive job.
