Missy's puppies's Story...
These five sweethearts were rescued with their mom on Valentines Day. They appear to have been born in early January. Mom Missy is a small mixed-breed dog. Their father may have been a lab-mix. The yellow pup (Valentina) is a female, the black and white pups (Dion & Capone) are males, and the black puppies are a boy (Johnny) and a girl (Venus). They are all very cute, playful, and smart… They’re already very good at using their doggy door and walking on leashes. A couple of them are even learning to “sit”. All are very sweet... rambunctious when they're with their brothers and sisters, and curious and cuddly when separated from the litter. Of course, each has their own personality… Valentina loves to be center of attention. Venus is more independent – she usually has a toy or a stick in her mouth. Capone is quite boisterous but can be a little shy around strangers. Johnny and Dion are both very people oriented. All are absolutely adorable! All are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Missy's puppies, a Scottsdale Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
