My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET PEACHES! She is a beautiful, 4 year old female Beagle mix who weighs only 20 lbs. She was surrendered to a high kill shelter because her owners foreclosed on their home after having adopted her one year ago. Peaches is good on leash after her excitement subsides and gets along with other dogs. She is very affectionate and loves to spend time with you lounging around! Peaches will need sometime initially to get used to you and your home/schedule so we recommend keeping her quiet and close to home for the first 2 weeks so as to not overstimulate her. This applies to any dog as overstimulation can cause stress in the new transition. Gradually introduce outings and social contact. No cats; Preferably no children under 15. Peaches is as sweet as her name and requires a consistent pack leader that will set boundaries and limitations! Peaches is very smart and catches on quickly!
