Leo - male, neutered, vet checked, vaccinated to date inclu. Rabies, dewormed, tx flea preventative, heartworm tested (-),~2 years, ~70-80lbs, Akbash Dog.

Leo is an absolute sweet heart. He seems to always be in a good but mellow mood and always gets along no matter what the situation. Everyone that has had the pleasure of meeting this boy, even if only for a few moments, has commented on what a calm, friendly and relaxed demeanor he has. His company has been enjoyed by all that are around him human and canine. Leo just seems to have a laid back and calming effect on everyone, his tail is always gently wagging to greet others to come give him a pet or a hug. He’s got the softest smoothest coat that even strangers can’t help but run their fingers through and bury their faces in – and Leo is perfectly fine with all this attention! He gets along great with other dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments from the bossy girls to the bouncy boys. Leo is also good with respectful children of any age, we have not had him around cats but suspect he’d be perfectly fine. Leo likes to be outside with his family going for a long daily walks or socializing time at the park. Leo is a wonderfully mannered boy. He is house trained and crate trained but likely does not need a crate in his new home. Leo is low key and relatively inactive in the home but needs a fair amount of interactive outdoor time hiking, walking or at a fenced off leash park to be content. This is a low activity breed in general however they do still require a fair amount of time being outdoorsy with their people. Leo would make the perfect addition to an active, outdoorsy family that needs a calm dog when indoors. We’d love to see him in a house with a fenced yard, no apartments.
