My story

Penny was rescued from a high kill shelter in Maysville, KY.

Penny is a complete sweetie!! She absolutely loves other dogs, people and children. Penny has one of the most beautiful faces I have ever seen. She smiles...from ear to ear. And she is playful, but when she settles down she does this adorable sprawl out all over the floor thing. Penny would do wonderful with a family that is active to semi-active and would do well with other dogs or as the only dog. She's a gem. You must meet this beauty in person. She knows her basic commands, and is a very smart girl.

Penny will require a secure fence. She can be a bit of a climber. Penny also loves her chew bones and her toys. She loves to play tug of war with her foster brothers and sister.

Penny is 35 lbs.
